I have loved the daily tiny healing habits & have adopted many of them. I don't often have time for a long article but I did pay for a subscription. I will really miss the short daily actions you share. I can always find meditations on line but not little good health habits. I would be happy to have them repeated if you're running low on ideas. Disappointed, Inez
I'm a 'wanna be' meditator, strongly believe in its benefits, but fail to either carve out the time for daily or prioritize practice. Keeping it on my 'to do' list. I do participate in a 45 minute silent meditation with a group, in person, but fail to continue otherwise. Will keep tryin' :) TY for providing this for us. I must check out your twice weekly offers, haven't yet due to busyness :( I did read recently that for we Type As the most productive thing to do is to step outside, take in nature. Believe this too, must do it :)

Thank you, Inez for the feedback. There is always the archive available as well.
Dr. Lori: If I am already subscribed do I need to do anything to accommodate the change in price?
Hi Wendy. If you are a paid subscriber you are all set. It will stay the same. No change in the price for you.

Is it possible to get a list of your daily habits in one place? Thank you!
Hi Marlene, the older daily habits can be found in the archive. https://onetinyhabit.substack.com/archive
I've really enjoyed getting a short 10-minute or less meditation on Sundays. A mid-week one will be greatly appreciated.
I love this idea. I have a question. When I click upgrade it leads me to a different pricing, am I on the wrong page?
Hi Kim, it is only $1.50/mo or $9 per year until Sunday it will increase to $2.50/mo or $10/year. Is that what you are seeing?
I’m seeing $30 a year. I am not amazing at navigating Substack. 😊
Try this link on a computer and don't use Apple Pay, that might be the issue. https://onetinyhabit.substack.com/subscribe
That fixed it! Thank you so much.
Cool change! Makes sense!
This all sounds wonderful. Thank you!!
Please leave up the old ones so we can catch up on our reading this summer. Thanks. Gena Haskell
Hi Gena, you can find them here in the archive. https://onetinyhabit.substack.com/archive
