Something Exciting Is Changing
Your meditation practice is about to get even better
I have been thinking a lot about what you love most about this newsletter. And your answer has been loud and clear. It’s the meditations. Every week, the meditation posts are the ones you open first and share with friends. They’re the ones you write to me about. The Sunday meditation has become the heartbeat of this community. So I’m leaning all the way into what’s working.
One Tiny Healing Habit is becoming One Tiny Healing Meditation.
Starting Sunday, you’ll receive a meditation on Sundays (just like you already do) and a new one on Wednesdays, right in the middle of the week when things tend to get hectic. One will be free and one will be for paid subscribers. Each meditation will be short and grounded, designed to fit into your life without adding overwhelm. Same spirit, sharper focus.
I’m also retiring the daily habit posts. Many of them had started to overlap, and I’d rather give you two truly excellent meditations each week than seven posts competing for your attention.
If you’re already a paid subscriber
Your subscription stays exactly the same. You’re locked in at your current rate for as long as you remain subscribed. Nothing changes for you.
If you’ve been thinking about subscribing
The price is going up on Sunday. Right now you can still lock in at $1.50/month or $9/year. After Sunday, new subscriptions will be $2.50/month or $10/year. If you’ve been enjoying the free meditations and want to make sure you never miss one, now is the best time to join.
What stays the same
I’m still here every week with the same care and intention I’ve always brought to this space. The meditations will still connect back to the health pillars that matter most, and each one will give you something you can carry with you through the rest of your day.
Thank you for being part of this from the beginning. You told me what you loved, and I listened. I can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
With gratitude,
Dr. Laurie

Please leave up the old ones so we can catch up on our reading this summer. Thanks. Gena Haskell
I have loved the daily tiny healing habits & have adopted many of them. I don't often have time for a long article but I did pay for a subscription. I will really miss the short daily actions you share. I can always find meditations on line but not little good health habits. I would be happy to have them repeated if you're running low on ideas. Disappointed, Inez
